The fusion of flavors was spot-on, showcasing the best of both Peruvian and Japanese cuisines in every dish. The entrance plates were excellent, perfect balanced flavors. The sushi rolls were fresh and imaginative, with unique ingredients that worked together perfectly. The ceviche was among the best I’ve ever had, balancing citrus and spice with incredibly fresh seafood. I want to put especial emphasis on the staff was warm, attentive, and knowledgeable, guiding us through the menu and recommending some amazing options. Everybody deserves a high five kudos, unfortunately I don'tremember the names, but especial kudos to Mrs. Geraldine, Chef Irvin, and Manager Alexis Familia. They offer an extended menu with different types of proteins, mainly sea food also they offer a great variety of vegetables and roots. In short, the place had became trendy not only because of the great taste but also because the attentive service of the staff. It’s a wonderful place if you need a private space, but isn’t a cozy place. Furthermore, is whooping than other Japanese food restaurants I had visited.
